Srinagar, January 24 (KNO) : Sub-Judge, Muzaffar Iqbal Khan, who is presently posted as Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Rajouri, has tendered resignation from services and would likely join National Conference (NC)
Sources told KNO that Muzaffar Iqbal Khan has tendered his resignation from services and has forwarded his resignation letter for consideration to Registrar General. It has also been learnt from the sources that Khan is presently in Delhi and will reveal the development about his resignation soon after returning from there.
Khan, who is son of Aslam Khan, a senior NC leader and former MLA Rajouri, is reportedly going to join NC soon after his resignation is accepted while there are reports that Khan is going to contest next assembly polls also. "Your information is right. I have tendered my resignation from services and will step in politics soon,” Khan said when contacted by this news agency.(KNO)
